Requirements

  • Tech savvy to efficiently use CHAT, EMAIL, PHONE, and client database tools.
  • Strong passion for customer success and pride in resolution of homeowner concerns.
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center environment or similar type of customer service role is desired, but may not be required if you know you will excel in that type of environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, chat, and email inquiries from homeowners.
  • Assist homeowners with resolving concerns and complex problems.
  • Multitask across different communication platforms (phone, email, chat).
  • Assist in the front office.
  • Utilize client database tools seamlessly.
