About The Position

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for building lasting relationships with customers and the Master Plumbers Heating and Cooling team through excellent communications. This position will engage in contact with customers in our local communities to schedule service, maintenance, or new installation appointments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Excellent verbal skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Energetic personality
• Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas related to policies and procedures and provide guidance to management and employees verbally and in writing
• Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
• Ability to multi-task
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Ability to operate computer, phone and other office equipment as needed
• Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time
• Ability to sit/stand at workstation for extended periods of time
• Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Receives inbound or makes outbound calls to book appointments with our service and sales teams
• Provides accurate appointment information to service or sales teams
• Tracks calling efforts and accomplishments
• Follows-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Performs other duties as requested
