About The Position

PMC Integrity LLC is seeking motivated Remote Customer Service Representatives (CSR 1) to join our Customer Service Phone team. This work-from-home call center role offers competitive pay, Health & Welfare fringe benefits, and paid vacation, holiday, and sick time under the Service Contract Act (SCA). As a Customer Service Representative (CSR 1), you’ll help borrowers with routine loan servicing questions by phone, email, or chat.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum six months of customer service experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Ability to pass required background screening and employment verification.
Must reside in the U.S.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must not be delinquent or in default on any federal student loans.
Must adhere to policies related to protecting personally identifiable information.
Must have the ability to write using proper grammar and punctuation.
Must be able to navigate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Private and secure workspace from home.
Internet service with sufficient speed for multiple users without latency or lag.
Minimum hard-wire internet download speed of 25mbps (single) / 50mbps (shared); upload speed of 5 Mbps (10 Mbps preferred).

Nice To Haves

Prior call center experience.
Federal student aid, financial services, banking, healthcare, or government contract experience.
Experience supporting federal or state government programs.
