The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving requests for quotations, orders, and lead-times from customers. This role involves preparing quotations on standard and non-standard items, writing orders, and relaying pertinent quote or order information to customers and suppliers. CSRs coordinate with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service and support to customers and the Outside Sales Team.
