This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and condition, managing merchandising and sales, controlling financial and security aspects, and handling administrative tasks. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and retail sales experience is preferred. The ability to operate various equipment, work as scheduled, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic is essential. The job involves physical activities such as lifting, carrying, grasping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and standing/walking for an entire shift, with potential exposure to temperature extremes and occasional noise. The work environment is primarily indoors, but includes outdoor tasks like cleaning parking lots and taking out garbage.
