In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, help process rentals, support our sales team, and keep daily operations moving smoothly. Requirements

  • Customer service experience from retail, hospitality, call centers, or similar environments is an asset
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Willingness to learn about equipment, product features, and rental applications
  • Shift availability; professional appearance required

  • Training provided for basic equipment servicing

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers at the rental counter and over the phone
  • Provide clear, friendly, and efficient service
  • Support customers with questions, rental needs, and general inquiries
  • Assist with inside sales for products, services, and equipment rentals
  • Prepare and process rental and sales contracts
  • Handle equipment returns and close rental agreements
  • Look up equipment information through company systems
  • Assist with purchase order entry and tracking
  • Keep paperwork organized and up to date to ensure accurate and timely transactions
  • Assist with basic equipment servicing as required (training provided)
