About The Position

The Customer Service Representative provides high-quality support by responding to customer inquiries, resolving service or billing issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5–7 years of customer service experience, ideally in a high‑volume or complex support environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to accurately document customer information.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, data entry tools, and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account information.
  • Resolve service or billing complaints, including exchanges, refunds, and bill adjustments.
  • Contact customers to provide updates on claim investigations and resolution steps.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Document all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
  • Maintain professionalism and customer advocacy in every interaction.
  • Manage workload independently while meeting service expectations.
