Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients and healthcare providers
  • Process orders, verify documentation, and schedule equipment deliveries
  • Educate patients on financial responsibilities and insurance coverage
  • Review and enter information into EMR systems accurately
  • Obtain pre-authorizations and verify insurance eligibility
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
