About The Position

We're looking for friendly, confident, and service-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team in Dagupan. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers through multiple communication channels while providing professional, accurate, and empathetic support.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Previous call center or contact center experience is an advantage
• Comfortable handling phone, email, and chat support
• Strong written English with excellent grammar and spelling
• Basic computer proficiency, including typing, copy/paste, internet navigation, and working across multiple tabs
• Typing speed of approximately 30+ WPM

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound customer phone calls
• Responding to customer emails and live chats
• Assisting customers with questions and account inquiries
• Resolving concerns while delivering outstanding customer service
• Escalating complex issues when necessary
• Following up on customer cases to ensure resolution
• Accurately documenting all customer interactions
• Maintaining professionalism and empathy during every interaction
