About The Position

  • Basic computer proficiency, including typing, copy/paste, internet navigation, and working across multiple tabs
  • Typing speed of approximately 30+ WPM

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound customer phone calls
  • Responding to customer emails and live chats
  • Assisting customers with questions and account inquiries
  • Resolving concerns while delivering outstanding customer service
  • Escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Following up on customer cases to ensure resolution
  • Accurately documenting all customer interactions
  • Maintaining professionalism and empathy during every interaction
