Requirements

  • 1-2 years prior experience in a customer service or call center environment required, with a demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes and deliver exceptional service
  • Must be motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Possess strong PC skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Pleasant and friendly phone attitude
  • Collaborative team player

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Previous plumbing background experience either in sales or general plumbing is a plus
  • A strong aptitude for troubleshooting is strongly desired

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders by using company pricing and commission practices
  • Provide order information, expedite, cancel and change orders
  • Verifies and determines product specifications
  • Determines appropriate delivery method based on customer’s need and schedules order fulfillment date by using company published lead times
  • Determine best method to resolve basic customer service problems to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Building strong and trusting relationships with customers
