About The Position

Highland Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast-paced, team-oriented veterinary practice. We operate on a walk-in basis, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a busy environment while maintaining excellent customer service. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM with a 1-hour meal break. Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of veterinary customer service experience (required)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Must work well with others
  • Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

  • Answering and managing a multi-line phone system
  • Checking in clients and their pets efficiently
  • Processing client billing and payments after services
  • Scheduling surgeries and boarding appointments
  • Handling medication refill requests and processing prescriptions
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and patients
  • Supporting the veterinary team with daily front desk operations
