Part time Customer Service Representative

About The Position

Island Air Co. is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated team! This position involves handling customer inquiries, crisis management, booking service calls, and dispatching for various service locations. The schedule is Monday - Friday (Flexible) and is a part-time role.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from new and existing customers
Manage customer concerns by providing appropriate information and assistance to customers in urgent need while ensuring a positive customer experience
Schedule service calls and appointments for customers
Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to multiple locations, ensuring timely response to customer requests.
Work collaboratively with a remote team to share information, address challenges, and provide support when needed.
Participate in training sessions to familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and service offerings.
