About The Position
Scotbilt Homes, a division of Champion Home Builders, Inc. of Millen, GA, is seeking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Service Team. This role involves interviewing customers, gathering information, and recording it into the computer system to provide customer service. The representative will handle customer inquiries via phone, review retailer checkout sheets for home issues, guide contractors, enter service orders, assign parts, and file completed work orders.
Requirements
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must provide a high level of customer service and be able to interact with customers in a polite and professional manner at all times
- Must have strong communication skills both internal (Champion) and external (Customers)
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must live the Champion Operating Principles
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in manufactured/modular housing desired
Responsibilities
- Talks with customers by phone to go over the customer list.
- Review retailer checkout sheets for items wrong with home when it arrives at the lot.
- Guide contractors working for their plant.
- Enter service orders into the service system.
- Assign correct parts to each item on the service order.
- File completed work orders.
