As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key level of support for our valued grocery store, food processor and distributor customers. A large portion of your day will be spent answering customer inquiries and entering & processing orders (50-100 daily) via the AS400 system. In addition to order support, you will investigate customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution. To be most successful in this investigative work, you will need to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This role will be an ONSITE, M-F role in our Los Angeles, CA (Anaheim) office. You will be assigned a consistent shift between 7AM and 4PM.
