As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the center of daily operations, helping keep both our customers and field teams informed, supported, and connected. Your day may begin by answering customer calls for HVAC or plumbing service, scheduling repair, maintenance, and estimate appointments, and coordinating technician schedules to maximize efficiency. Throughout the day, you'll communicate appointment updates, arrange return visits when parts become available, answer billing and invoice questions, and help customers understand what comes next in their service experience. You'll work closely with technicians, plumbers, the Operations Manager, and office staff while monitoring dispatch activities, adjusting schedules as needed, and ensuring every customer receives friendly, professional support. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing priorities will help drive successful service experiences every day.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
1-2 years of dispatching and/or customer service experience
Intermediate computer skills
Strong organization and time management
Excellent customer service abilities
Attention to detail

Schedule adaptability
