About The Position
At LeachGarner, our Customer Service Representatives do far more than answer customer questions. They are trusted partners to customers, sales, and manufacturing teams, ensuring orders, commitments, and customer expectations are delivered with precision. This role operates in a manufacturing facility where conditions may include exposure to loud noise, fluctuating temperatures (hot or cold), and moving machinery. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The position involves walking, standing, and occasional lifting of materials.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Comfortable working in and around a manufacturing environment
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy

- CRM experience preferred
- Outbound sales experience a plus

Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders, quotations, delivery updates, returns, and customer inquiries
- Provide product recommendations and solution-based support
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
- Track customer interactions and activities in CRM systems
- Coordinate customer requests across multiple departments
- Follow up proactively to ensure commitments are met and issues are resolved
- Collaborate regularly with production teams to gather information and support customer needs
