About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves working in different areas of the store, inside and outside, while maintaining store appearance and supporting customer and food-program needs. Team members interact with customers throughout the day and work with colleagues to accomplish daily tasks. Flexible availability is listed for days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

Ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care.
Strong communication skills and a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, operate the register, and process purchases.
Make purchase suggestions and, at times, work with the food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain appearance standards and provide fast, friendly customer service.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Interact with customers and work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
