About The Position

Happy Floors is seeking a talented and energetic Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, maximizing sales productivity, and optimizing customer service. The Customer Service Representative will provide support to customers via phone, email, or fax, ensuring world-class customer service in all interactions. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform accurate data entry.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred
  • Communication and Organizational skills (English/Spanish a plus)
  • 1 year of previous customer services/call center experience.
  • Customer service, email, and telephone etiquette are a must.
  • Must be computer literate with data entry skills.
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to navigate through multiple programs as well as reading and comprehending various customer care service tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous knowledge navigating Great Plains (GP) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationally
  • Accurately input information into various fields
  • Maintain CRM database with customer and prospect information
  • Maintain an order batch
  • Responsible for the life of an order that is assigned from processing to following up, if required
  • Follow up as necessary on orders to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner
  • Verify Items and customer’s information entered accurately
  • Follow up on pending payments and process payments
