About The Position

We are looking for motivated individuals to join a remote team that helps working families understand their available benefit options. For more than 60 years, our organization has worked with unions, associations, and member-based groups across North America. Through these partnerships, we provide members with clear information about supplemental benefit programs designed to support long-term financial security. This is not a cold-calling position. All conversations are with individuals who have already requested information or expressed interest in reviewing their benefits.

Requirements

  • Dependable, professional, and willing to learn

  • Basic computer and video-call skills
  • Good organization and time-management habits
  • The ability to work independently from home
  • A willingness to follow a proven training system
  • Motivation to grow personally and professionally
  • The ability to complete a background check

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, call centers, or similar roles can be helpful, but it is not required. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Contact members who have requested benefit information
  • Schedule virtual or phone appointments
  • Review available benefit options in a clear and professional way
  • Help members understand programs that may fit their needs
  • Guide families through the online application process
  • Follow up with members to provide continued support
  • Maintain accurate records and appointment details
  • Use company-provided systems, scripts, and training resources
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and development
  • Work toward personal goals with opportunities for leadership advancement
