About The Position

The Customer Service Representative for our Greydon brand contributes to the success of the company by establishing and maintaining good client relations. This position receives and processes to completion customer inquiries, orders, and concerns. Incumbents in this position must have the ability to blend excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization to achieve success.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year or more experience in sales &/or customer service
  • Ability to understand customers’ needs & relate to production processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication and human relations skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must maintain a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Two-year degree or relevant certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process, track and expedite customer orders, verifying for accuracy
  • Address shipment and delivery inquiries
  • Follow up as appropriate with internal support teams and customer
  • Maintain excellent records
  • Partner with others throughout the company to ensure successful processes
  • Coordinate special project tasks
  • Utilize company tools for order follow up and communication with customers
