About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is hiring a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. The role is the voice of the company: taking orders, answering customer questions, and helping ensure customers have a positive experience. The representative works with the store team to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The position also includes making pizzas to Domino’s standards, maintaining a clean and professional appearance in accordance with the dress code, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
