About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for assisting clients and providing excellent customer support. Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for our customers, and they play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient in using customer service software, Microsoft Office and Google Calendar.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience in a customer service or related role is preferred.
• a degree in a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with a warm, friendly smile.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person professionally and efficiently, providing information and addressing questions.
• Organize and maintain accurate records for appointments, medical histories, and billing.
• Intake and discharge dogs and cats, ensuring a positive experience for both pets and their owners.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and staff to create a seamless workflow in a busy and fast-paced environment.
• Manage scheduling for 7 doctors to maximize clinic efficiency.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to offer insightful support.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures while upholding our company values and providing exceptional customer experiences.
