About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, providing friendly and prompt service while helping maintain high standards for store appearance. The role involves interacting with customers and working with an energetic team on a variety of tasks throughout the store, both inside and outside. The position has overnight shift availability and requires weekday and weekend availability. It is part-time and requires regular, predictable onsite attendance.

Requirements

Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Be available for overnight shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly customer service.
Operate the register and perform cashiering duties.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
