Country Visions Cooperative is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative for their Grain Division, located in Valders, WI. Requirements

• Friendly and customer-orientated
• Excellent communication skills and follow-through with customers and employees
• Basic math and Microsoft Excel skills; well versed in Office 365 programs
• Strong file management and organizational skills
• Conscientious attitude and attention to detail are essential for success
• Problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Agris preferred
• Knowledge of grain or agricultural field preferred

Responsibilities

• Quote and communicate grain prices with customers
• Price and hedge customer's grain
• Process tickets in our computer system
• Process and verify settlements
• Assist in grain scale house
• Assist in Agronomy during spring rush
