About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Customer Service Representative for their 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11pm. This role offers a pay of $21.50 plus a $1.00 shift premium and an attendance bonus. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatching, scheduling, handling warehouse inbounds and outbounds, a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word), and experience in any WMS system, allocating orders, waving orders, or problem-solving within a system. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
• Dispatching, scheduling and handling warehouse inbounds and outbounds
• 3 years Minimum experience in Microsoft applications, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience in any WMS system, allocating orders, waving orders or Problem solving in system
• Strong comminication via email and over the phone.

Nice To Haves

• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs.
• Provide product, service, and transit information to the customer.
• Act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
