About The Position
Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This position is paid at an hourly rate based on experience.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Present a professional appearance
- Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
- Willing to work minimal overtime as needed

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for any of our internal or external customers.
- Act as a detective to determine any problem and find a solution to every issue.
- Assist in scheduling a service, taking a payment, or updating customer files.
- Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid.
- Work diligently to meet the service center's goals each month.
