Arrow Glass Industries, a residential, multi-family, and commercial glass company, is in search of a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, with attention to detail in an environment of changing deadlines and priorities. This role involves acting as a liaison, providing product and services information, and delivering excellent customer service with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. The representative will assist customers before, during, and after a sale. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain patient and professional when interacting with customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Experience in the glass industry, construction industry, or service/trade industries is beneficial. Customer service experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must pass a background check and drug test.
