The Customer Service Representative serves as a critical link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment. This role proactively manages relationships, oversees house accounts all while monitoring order status and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing sales, customer support, and highly detailed administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products, fabrication processes and explain them to customers effectively.
  • Experience in maintaining customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial sales, fabrication, project management
  • Ability to read blueprints

Responsibilities

  • Manage house accounts, ensuring consistent communication, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, purchasing and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide accurate quotes, process orders, and ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain customer records, order details, and sales activities in internal systems.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Improve sales and process knowledge to better support customer needs and increase success rates.
