About The Position

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of recent call center experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong job tenure and reliability with no significant employment gaps
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service background in financial services, mortgage, banking, or loan servicing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle high‑volume inbound calls from homeowners regarding payments, escrow, and general mortgage servicing questions
  • Make a portion of outbound calls to remind borrowers of upcoming payments and offer payment-by-phone options (not collections)
  • Deliver professional, empathetic service while meeting quality, productivity, and attendance metrics
