About The Position

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for drivers experiencing breakdowns, helping coordinate service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customers receive timely support during critical situations. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities

• Genuine passion for helping customers

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound roadside assistance calls from commercial truck drivers
• Manage cases from initial breakdown call through completion and billing
• Make outbound follow-up calls to service providers and customers
• Determine service needs and dispatch appropriate resources
• Use mapping tools to identify vehicle locations and nearby repair facilities
• Monitor active cases and provide timely status updates
• Document all activity and customer interactions within company systems
• Verify payment methods and support service scheduling requests
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure quick and effective resolutions
