About The Position
The Oak Brook Park District is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to assist with the daily operations of their Family Recreation Center. This role involves providing excellent service to guests, working with recreation software and technology, handling inquiries, and supporting various functions within the center. The position offers up to 18 hours per week, with a preference for weekday morning, weekend morning, and weekday evening availability.
Requirements
- Talent for excellent customer service.
- Effective listening and communication skills.
- Valid Illinois driver's license (Class D).
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required or training provided by the Park District.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with basic office software and the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
