To provide value-added customer service which results in consistent and ongoing account satisfaction and goodwill between Pexco and assigned accounts. This role involves managing incoming sales calls, coordinating order processing, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring accurate order status information is provided to customers. The representative will also be responsible for processing part and order changes, initiating and tracking quotes and die orders, and assisting with payment collection and invoicing. Coordination of the shipping process and authorization of returns are also key aspects of this position. The role requires the ability to provide a high level of service with minimal supervision, develop strong customer relationships, and effectively plan and prioritize work in a productive, results-oriented climate. Processing sample requests and performing other assigned duties are also part of the role.
