About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be a liaison between the customer and the assigned department, processing orders and preparing correspondence to fulfill customer needs. You will be responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and facilitating issue resolution. This is a First (1st) shift position, Monday-Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a pay rate of $21.35 per hour. DHL Supply Chain has been certified as a Great Place to Work® in the US and Canada.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
• Attentive to detail
• Good communication skills through email and over the phone
• Expert with Outlook
• Experience with dispatching minimum of 6 months
• Adjusting inbounds/outbounds

Nice To Haves

• 0-12 months of warehouse experience

Responsibilities

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problems, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
