About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. This entry-level role involves working in the kitchen and serving customers while preparing pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines. The company provides paid training and opportunities to develop customer-service and teamwork skills and grow within the organization. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including as little as one or two days per week.

Requirements

• A fun, friendly personality and comfort talking to strangers.
• Team-player attitude, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in person and by phone.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team.
