The Customer Service Representative position answers calls from a centralized remote monitoring location for a parking market and provides a high level of service to all customers, managers and peers by answering questions and ensuring that the equipment is working at all times. This position also will assist the Operations and/or Sr. Operations Manager in maintaining established revenue controls and accountability systems.
