About The Position

Tempe Honda, a part of Penske Automotive Group, is looking for an experienced Customer Representative to join our team and help deliver extraordinary customer experiences. The Customer Service Representative supports the dealership by working alongside sales, service, production, and administrative departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction and increase sales.

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
  • Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
  • Ability to interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale throughout the organization
  • High school diploma or the equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Support the dealership by working alongside sales, service, production, and administrative departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Ensure our customers have a world-class car-buying experience at every step along their ownership journey.
  • Provide an unparalleled level of technical expertise to help customers with comprehensive knowledge of available products and services.
  • Connect with customers about their vehicle questions in a professional manner that reflects understanding, clarity, accuracy, and courtesy.
  • Understand and use MS Office Suite, CRM and lead management tools to accurately manage inquiries, update customer files, track customer interest, and compile necessary reports and forms on a timely basis.
