The customer service team is the end point for the customers, they speak and collaborate with them for order entry, tracking, customer support, issues and anything the customer might need. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist both internal and external customers to facilitate general sales support including ordering, reporting and overdelivering a world class customer service experience. The Customer Service Representative will have a direct impact on our Systems, responsible for: - 40+ calls/day • Order entry and release for National Account orders • Customer maintenance • Client Satisfaction • Reporting on metrics
