About The Position
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative at our office in Orlando, FL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide assistance to customers over the phone and in person at the branch. Requirements
- Previous building material or construction experience
- Detail-oriented and service-driven
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and assisting walk-in customers
- Communicating material delivery information and all changes in delivery times and materials to customers
- Entering orders and quotes electronically and promptly
- Ensuring the accuracy of pricing and quantities for orders and quotes
- Preparing delivery tickets and establishing lead times for orders
- Coordinating truck for on-time delivery of materials
- Auditing truckloads before deliveries
- Making sales calls to current and prospective customers
- Coordinating with the sales team to fill light truckloads with additional materials
- Recording and auditing customer issues and concerns
- Inventory control
- Assisting with various administrative and accounting duties as assigned
