About The Position

This role is for an Emergency Dispatch Operator (EDO) with promotional opportunities available after 90 days. The hourly wage ranges from $14 to $16, depending on experience, with additional compensation for bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English. The position involves monitoring and responding to alarms and signals, providing exceptional customer service, making outgoing calls to verify alarms, dispatch authorities, and notify responsible parties. It also requires documenting alarm handling procedures according to standard operating procedures. The role includes a comprehensive five-week interactive training program designed to prepare the individual for success and introduce them to exciting opportunities.

Requirements

Must be 18 years old
Customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Able to type between 20 – 25 wpm
Basic knowledge of computer applications
Ability to work under pressure
Demonstrate punctuality
Uphold strong work ethics

Nice To Haves

Strong problem-solving skills
High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities
