Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and active-listening skills
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented approach
- Team-focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of customer service experience preferred
- Home services or emergency services experience is a plus
- Previous dispatch experience in residential or emergency services is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus, but we will train the right person
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling and service needs
- Deliver empathetic, professional, and solution-focused support
- Manage a high volume of calls confidently and efficiently
- Communicate with technicians and internal teams to support smooth service delivery
- Provide timely updates and help resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to recommend services that provide additional value
