About The Position

The Habegger Corporation is seeking energetic, go-getters to join their team as a full-time Customer Service / Sales Representative. This is an opportunity to grow professionally within a successful HVAC company. The role involves supporting sales, profit, and customer service objectives by communicating with customers, promoting sales, handling will-call orders, and performing administrative warehouse duties such as shipping, receiving, and facilities maintenance. Attention to detail is crucial in processing and coordinating customer orders and staying up-to-date on company processes and procedures.

Requirements

Exceptional communication skills
Working knowledge of HVAC terms
Basic computer skills
Ability to regularly lift up to 100 lbs.
Ability to operate a forklift or be willing to be trained on it is a plus

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers both over the phone and in person.
Listen intently to customer needs and sincerely seek personalized HVAC solutions.
Promote sales, monthly specials, and counter specials while serving customers in the showroom.
Serve will-call customers by picking up and loading orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain showroom cleanliness.
Perform administrative warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, and facilities maintenance.
Process and coordinate the filling of customer orders with close attention to detail.
Stay up to date on company processes, policies, and procedures to perform administrative duties effectively.
