The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers and a key connection between Account Executives, Planning, and Production, ensuring a smooth flow of information and positive customer experiences. This role manages order entry, claims processing, status checks, phone inquiries, and email communication while maintaining accurate records and timely follow-through. Because the CSR represents the face of the company, strong attention to detail, organization, and professionalism are essential to delivering reliable support, resolving issues efficiently, and reinforcing the company’s reputation with every interaction. This is an in-person role at our N.E. Portland plant.
