This role will act as the Customer Service support for all retail and B2B accounts across Canada. Duties include order processing, liaising with the Distribution facility, transportation, couriers and internal staff. This individual will also provide back-up support for the Office Administrator which includes greeting visitors, purchasing, mailroom duties, communicating with property superintendents as needed and other office administration duties. Additionally, periodic coverage and basic knowledge of our Digital Operations Specialist role will also be required, which includes scheduling, and delivery of digital products. Knowledge of digital music services such as iTunes, Spotify and Apple Music are beneficial.
