About The Position

This role will act as the Customer Service support for all retail and B2B accounts across Canada. Duties include order processing, liaising with the Distribution facility, transportation, couriers and internal staff. This individual will also provide back-up support for the Office Administrator which includes greeting visitors, purchasing, mailroom duties, communicating with property superintendents as needed and other office administration duties. Additionally, periodic coverage and basic knowledge of our Digital Operations Specialist role will also be required, which includes scheduling, and delivery of digital products. Knowledge of digital music services such as iTunes, Spotify and Apple Music are beneficial.

Requirements

  • Minimum post-secondary education is considered an asset
  • 2 - 3 years Distribution Customer Service & Order Entry experience
  • Strong Computer Skills using MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel), keyboarding and data entry skills with accuracy
  • Providing customer service support, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to foster a positive working relationship with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective time management and good organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Work independently and as a part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of digital music services such as iTunes, Spotify and Apple Music are beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Process Orders (manual and electronic)
  • Process Return Authorizations and Credits
  • Provide Customer Service support to accounts, D2C/Shopify consumers and internal staff
  • Upload Release Notifications into our Distribution System
  • Transmit Orders daily to our Distribution facility
  • Liaise with Distribution and Freight companies to ensure delivery of physical product
  • Catalogue maintenance (Update price changes, Statues, Artist and label codes etc.)
  • Process time sensitive local and international artist order requests for touring and venue sales
  • Daily reviews of unshipped or delayed deliveries
  • Maintain D2C Regular & Digital orders
  • Back up for Office Administrator when required, including but not limited to greeting visitors, purchasing, mailroom, communication with property superintendent as needed and other office administration duties
  • Back up for Digital Operations scheduling and delivery of digital products
  • Other tasks as assigned
