About The Position
We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing updates on pricing, availability, and shipping. You will also resolve order, shipping, and billing issues while ensuring a positive customer experience, and manage returns and warranty claims. Additionally, there are opportunities to identify and offer additional products/services.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of customer service or related experience.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide updates on pricing, availability, and shipping.
- Resolve order, shipping, and billing issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Manage returns, warranty claims, and identify opportunities to offer additional products/services.
