About The Position

SolvOne is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing Remote Customer Service Representative Dispatch Team. We provide 24/7/365 service to clients in the Petroleum Industry. When a gas station experiences a maintenance issue, they contact SolvOne, and our CSRs dispatch a technician to their location for repairs. This role offers the opportunity to work from home, saving commute time and costs. The position starts at $18.00 per hour, with equipment provided by SolvOne. Paid training begins in mid-May, and set schedules are available, including an Early Morning shift from Friday to Monday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM CT. Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience.
  • A strong internet connection and the ability to set up a home office with company-provided equipment.
  • Must be a resident of Tennessee in the Nashville area.
  • A positive attitude, great work ethic, and a passion for helping others.
  • Dependability and commitment to being at work on time and ready to perform.
  • Ability to dedicate full attention to work without providing care for others during work hours.
  • Commitment to superior service for customers.
  • Ability to learn new information, policies, and skills, including software and petroleum industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrate an organized and accurate approach, with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general internet navigation.
  • Ability to work at a desk and effectively utilize a phone and computer for the length of the shift.
  • Successfully pass a computer skills assessment, training evaluations, and the trial service period.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

  • Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement.
