As a Customer Service Representative, you will be involved in various tasks both inside and outside the store to maintain high standards for appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Requirements

  • Good at selling products to customers

  • Good at performing at a quick pace while having fun
  • Good at working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals

  • Good at thinking quickly and offering suggestions
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands (requires eye-hand coordination, and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs)

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers
  • Run the register
  • Cashier
  • Make purchase suggestions
  • Work with the food program
  • Work around the store (inside and out) to help maintain high standards for store appearance
  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • Interact with many customers daily
  • Work with a fun, energetic team accomplishing daily tasks around the store
