About The Position
LoanMax is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative at their location at 8500 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40219. The Customer Service Representatives are responsible for assisting potential borrowers and current customers with questions regarding loan products, evaluating vehicles, managing customers' loans and payments, communicating with customers regarding their accounts, and making courtesy calls when necessary. Requirements

- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Computer and Data Entry Experience
- Motivated, honest, dependable
- Must be able to pass a company background screening, including a credit, criminal, and background check.
