About The Position
Hoffman Car Wash is a fast-growing car wash dedicated to providing excellent service and an outstanding customer experience. We take pride in our teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping every vehicle looking its best. We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Customer Service Rep to join our team. This role includes answering phone calls, handling customer transactions, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring our lobby remains clean, organized, and welcoming. This is a Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm position.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, provide information on services, and schedule appointments
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process payments and complete cash register transactions accurately
- Keep the lobby area clean, stocked, and presentable at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Perform other duties as needed
