As a Customer Service Representative at Bonney, you will be the bridge between our customers and our team handling inbound calls, making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and making sure every customer feels taken care of from the first hello.

Requirements

  • 1 or more years of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills: clear, warm, and easy to talk to
  • Ability to stay focused and positive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in ServiceTitan or similar operating systems
  • Self-motivated, and dependable

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with in/outbound calling or appointment setting is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, respond to general questions, and explain Bonney's products and services clearly and confidently
  • Place outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments for existing customers and follow up on upcoming visits
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our services, generate interest, and qualify leads
  • Build genuine relationships with customers
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer information in ServiceTitan
  • Record and document all interactions and feedback for future follow-ups
  • Collaborate with your team to transfer qualified leads for further follow-up
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation
  • Support the team with additional duties as needed
