About The Position

Unruh Spine Center is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a remote position for a candidate located in Idaho. As a multi-disciplinary healthcare office offering chiropractic care, acupuncture, physical therapy, and general medicine, they receive a high volume of calls every day. The ideal candidate will confidently and professionally assist patients by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information. Patients may call with questions regarding provider history and backgrounds, services and treatments offered, scheduling and appointment availability, office locations, addresses, and directions, and general questions about the practice and services.

  • Secure Remote Workspace: Must have a private, quiet, and secure workspace where patient information cannot be overheard or viewed by others. Must be able to maintain patient confidentiality and follow all applicable privacy and security requirements.
  • Reliable Internet & Equipment: A reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer/workspace capable of supporting the required phone and computer systems are required. Must be able to work without frequent interruptions or connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound Calls: Answer a high volume of incoming calls in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. Assist patients with questions and direct calls appropriately when needed.
  • Schedule Appointments: Schedule patient appointments accurately while working within the scheduling system and accommodating patient preferences and provider availability.
  • Provide Support: Address patient questions and concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide helpful solutions while creating a positive patient experience.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document patient interactions, appointment information, and other necessary details accurately in the systems.
  • Verify Information: Provide patients with accurate information regarding providers, services, locations, prices, and general office procedures.
  • Work as Part of a Team: Communicate effectively with California-based office staff and providers to ensure patients receive timely and accurate assistance.
